This cat/kitten is, at the time of sale, guaranteed to be free from any illness, disease or genetic defect. The buyer may have the cat/kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 working days after the sale. If the animal is found at that time to be unacceptable due to genetic defect or contagious disease it may be returned without treatment for a refund or replacement. Any diagnostic tests or veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Transportation of the cat is the responsibility of the buyer.
Should the cat die of a genetic defect within the first year, the seller will replace it with a cat of equal value, provided that a detailed autopsy report by a licensed veterinarian be furnished the seller. The cost of said autopsy will be the responsibility of the buyer.
